What currency is used online?

All of our pricing is charged in AUD Dollars. The currency will convert back to AUD once you are in the checkout.

I want to cancel my order, what can I do?

Once an order has been placed & processed we are unable to cancel it.

What payment methods do you except?

Do you have any stockists?

Yes, we have a few selected Australian boutiques that stock häll.

Pre-order orders

All pre-order items ETA is an estimate & can sometimes incur delays that are out of our hands. Pre-order items are not able to be returned or exchanged. If you order any other items with a pre-order item the whole order will be shipped together once the stock arrives. If you want the other item/items to to be shipped straight away please order separately.

 I forgot to enter my 15% off discount code, can you add it in?

Once an order has been made we cannot add/amend discount codes or refund partial amounts. the good news is you can always use it next time.

I’ve entered my shipping address wrong – how can I change it?

Please contact us ASAP hello@hallstore.com.au right away, if your order hasn’t been shipped we can change your shipping address however, if it’s too late you will need to get in touch with our shipping service to redirect your parcel.

Will I have to pay duties & taxes?

We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. häll störe is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

What is the status of my order?

Once your item has been shipped please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping confirmation email. You can track your parcel via the link & follow it’s delivery. If you need a further updates or if there is an issue with your order please contact us.

I want to make a change to my order, what can I do?

Please email us hello@hallstore.com.au as soon as possible, if your order has not been packed for shipping we may be able to make changes to your order however, if it’s too late we wont be able to make any changes!

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

We accept items that are in their original condition (tags attached, un-worn, no marks or make up etc.) We will provide you with an exchange or a credit note upon the return of your item. 

All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item.

I bought an item on sale or an item using a promotional code, can I return it?

Yes, the same returns policy applies if you used a promotional code to purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty by häll störe.

When will I get my credit note?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. Once it has been processed you will receive an email with details of your credit note.

What does 'pre-order' mean?

pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. The item will be shipped out on the noted date on the individual item. Please note that these dates are an ETA only & are subject to change. We will notify you once your pre-order item has been shipped out.

I bought an item on sale, can I return it?

Sale items are final & can not be returned for an exchange, refund or credit note.  Please select carefully when purchasing an item on sale to avoid any disappointments.

I bought an item using a promotional code, can I return it? 

Yes of course! Our same returns policy applies for items bought using a promo code. You are eligible to exchange for another item or size or you may return for a store credit not which is valid for 6 months from date of issue. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any returns.

 I think my item has a manufacturing fault what do I do?

If you believe you have received a faulty item please email our Returns Team right away with images and we will resolve for you as soon as we can!

How do I arrange to return an item?
