We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees. If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, häll störe will charge you postage.

PRE-ORDER

Items on 'pre-order' are currently out of stock & if purchased, they will be shipped out once the re-stock arrives. Pre-order ETA's are an estimate only & may take longer then anticipated at times. If you order one a pre-order item with other in stock items the full order will be shipped all together when the pre-order item is re-stocked. If you want the in stock item shipped out immediately there ill be an additional charge for that item to be shipped.
