RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your items, so if you don't, we will happily accept a return for either an exchange or for a store credit note which is valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for returned items.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please email us - firstname.lastname@example.org & we will lodge your return request.
COST OF RETURNS
The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from häll störe.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The item must be in original condition, with all tags still attached & in the original packaging. Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains &/or smell (perfume or body odour.)
The item must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed nor altered in any way. This is determined by häll störe & häll störe has the right to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition, without the tag attached or smelling of body odour/perfume, marks/stains and it will be returned to the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable & charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. häll störe takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We recommend that you return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by häll störe.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sale items, these purchases are final sale. Please select carefully during sale periods to avoid any disappointments.

All items will be assessed upon the return & deemed faulty by häll störe. If you do receive a faulty item you must contact us as soon as soon as possible. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn & häll störe has the right to send it back to you if we find it has been worn.
No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed & processed.
